The skilled practice of shamanic divination, the process of consulting the spirits for knowledge, is an essential aspect of shamanic healing and of bringing the wisdom of the helping spirits to bear on personal, local, and global issues. This workshop offers students opportunities to practice methods for contacting their compassionate spirit helpers, particularly through the shamanic journey, and to enhance their abilities to form on-topic questions and interpret the messages received. Participants will also experience classic shamanic ways to build and nurture strong relationships with their own spirits.

7 FSS Continuing Education (CE) Credits available. (Link for information on how to verify acceptance of FSS CE credits with your approval board.) Completion of the entire workshop (7 hours) is required for credit.

FOR THE MEETING. Please have handy a notebook/pen for notes, a rattle, a drum (optional), and an eye covering (bandana or Mindfold) to block ambient light. Also have available a palm-sized rock (NOT a crystal), preferably one you found in nature. (Remember where you found the rock, so you may return it to its home after the training.) Before the workshop, select a private location where you are unlikely to be disturbed to facilitate your experience and that of the group participants. Consider a comfortable chair or place to sit or lie down for journeys. Please check the battery power on your computer/device; you will need it to last 3.5 hours. Many Zoom users find that headphones or ear buds provide an enhanced listening experience. Download Zoom participant instructions and audio/video settings.
